novi
Bakso Novi started as street hawker years ago. All the way from Medan, Indonesia to Penang Island, Malaysia, we dedicate ourselves to serve the best version of Bakso available to the market.
Inspired by Penang Island's street food scene, we noticed most cuisines available on streets are mostly limited to local cuisines only. Tempted by the desire to once again taste our hometown Bakso, and challenged by the difficulties to locate anyone that sells traditional indonesian bakso, we have decided to launch our own Bakso Stall.
Our version of Bakso Soup are served with soft and tender beef slices, juicy beef fats, average size beef ball, and also Indonesian Bakso (Huge Beef Ball).
On the sides, we also provide a tri-combination(Black,Green & Red sauce) of chilli sauce to spice up your Bakso dining experience. The tri-combination of chilli sauce helps to enhance acidity, sweetness and also a citrusy flavour while enjoying our different variation of Bakso. Our passion is to introduce Delicious Traditional Indonesian Bakso to Malaysians, and also the world!

Bakso is the term to describe Meatballs. A single serving of Bakso soup has countless variations from its selection of starch, and variation of Meatballs as well.
Apart of that, Bakso soup also comes with a combination of 3 different sauces on a sauce plate. The combination of sauces consist of Black Soy Sauce, Blended Green Chilli, and Red Chilli Sauce.
This combination helps to enhance the overall flavour of the entire bowl. Some prefer to pour the sauce into their soup, yet some prefer to cut their huge Bakso into pieces and dip the little pieces into the sauce to enjoy each mouthful of Bakso.
